Tyler is an experienced IT Specialist, and handles website design and administration at Westlake Learning. He also designed this website and much of the content used within. He is an intermediate designer of Adobe Flash (Formerly Macromedia Flash) animations and applications. He also is in charge of website maintenance. He is also proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows, and has had regular use of a computer with every version of Windows over his life; from the very first, Windows 3.1, to Windows Seven.

In addition he is also a Mac virtuoso, and is knowledgeable in nearly all aspects of Apple computer use and maintenance, as he is in Windows-based machines. In addition to this website, Tyler has designed several other websites, some for himself, others for businesses which have hired him to build them. Though currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada; Tyler is a California native, and visits his home town of Westlake Village often.
